yeah ive used these specs quite a few times and never onece had a problem.

how was the power delivery? mid range? top end?
could you say that these specs will bring the cams to its maximum performance?

Maximum performance would be determined by the current state of tune for your car. The HKS spec's will be for a stock/stage 1 tune car. If you have a largely modified car surely a rolling road tune with correct timing setup would gain you max performance from your cam's.

I thought that cam-timing was now all about "lift-at-TDC" rather than setting the cam to give full lift at so many degrees ATDC?
This better controls the overlap and ensures a better idle.
