Cleaning, Waxing and Detailing Sub Forum?

Post by inky »

Hiya

I was just thinking, would it be any good to have a sub forum dedicated to cleaning, detailing, waxing etc etc.

I know people have posted pics of their clean engine bays and others start asking questions about how they got them so shiny etc, and personally I have gone through a few products to find the best to sort out my interior trim, so perhaps a sub forum divided into exterior and interior for this purpose might be an idea.

There's stuff like clay bar (haven't got a clue) rotary polishers, what is the best cloth to use, best wax ... lots of stuff.

Just visit http://www.detailingworld.co.uk - seems pointless to have a dedicated section here when that site is full of all the info you could need and lots of MR2s

Just my opinion though, some might want to keep it all in one place I suppose, I'm more of the opinion that I'd rather go to a specialist site than listen to the advice of a few local experts :)

Just do what I do, use everything!

Sometimes use 2 different waxes, cause I can't decide which is best

inky, your sig image is too big, you need to change it for a smaller one I'm afraid.

Yours is 353×132 so more than twice as high as it should be.

Sorry.

Sorry about that, it never updated when I changed it to this the other day, so wasn't sure it worked.
