After careful consideration the individual named above has been banned from IMOC with immediate effect.
It became apparent from this thread that many members believed this individual was trading.

In the course of this thread, members of IMOC were also threatened.
On further investigation by the moderation team, it was discovered that the overwhelming majority of posts by this individual were in the Private

Hence it was the decision of the committee that this individual has been circumventing our guidelines for trading and/or private selling in bulk by using a private premium members account on IMOC.

In addition, IMOC does not take threats of legal action lightly and will not be intimidated by members who use this to try and circumvent the rules.
In view of this and of the evidence above, the decision was made to ban this user from IMOC. This decision is permanent, is not negotiable and is final.
