I hope you go for the bike option- I'd love to see a 3SGTE powered bike

Ok, well I'm sure most have you might have guessed by now, I'm buying Scott's
(scotty1982) stunning white pearl rev3 wide arch.
We went to see it and it's a fabulous looking car.
Photos just don't do it justice

The blue car is currently being broken here
- http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=162965
(write-up tomorrow, as I've left my camera cable in Germany, so can't upload photos
).
It's coming apart soooo much easier than the first time

The blue car will be heading off in a week or so to have the engine etc removed, ready for a Mule heart transplant into it's new 2.0 form
After that we'll have time to do all the prep work, so everything can be perfect before it goes in.

Very exciting times indeed.
I should be pretty special when it's done

It was a tough decision to be honest.

Chris's is a fabulous looking car, it really is.

There's plenty to come on this one yet, before it develops into something new

Obviously the cat is out of the bag now! Yes Phil is buying my car, it very much pains me to part with my baby
but needs must.
It feels a bit like putting my child up for adoption! And I have to say Phil is a worthy foster parent for my baby.

So although I will be parting with my baby she will be staying within the imoc but this time on steroids!

Thanks Scott

She'll have a good life and I'm definitely looking forward to taking her to the next level.

Re: The journey of one man and his Mule(s)
So yesterday I started the process of breaking the blue car.
The weather was pretty good and I hadn't been roped into any female tasks, so it was a prime opportunity.

Out he came and off came the lights and rear panel.
The left side was easy, as a metal barrier had already got the ball rolling on that one.
.
.
The exhaust is an HKS Hi Power and yes it is for sale
(shameless plug
)

Next off was the interior.
I couldn't remove everything as it still needs to be moved around for a while.
So it was the ICE, gauges, shifter, gaiter, turbo timer etc etc

The throat was cut on the chargecooler piping, leaving the car to bleed out into the drain

Off with the plate, to be kept as a momento

Swirl pot removed and needing a polish.
I full on polish this time and I have longer to prep before the engine swap

Headlights, covers, sidelights etc removed

Meth and CC kit coming out

So i started removing the bumper, following the strict removal process.
Then suddenly it dawned on me.
.
Why the hell am i undoing hundreds of bolts when the thing is ruined?!
Out came the cutters and off came the bumper

The structure underneath is perfect, so it was only a glancing blow

CC rad removed

Another one for the polishing pile

I really wasn't looking forward to getting back under here.
.

Pump in place, ready for removal

Out you come

Other side up and ready for getting the damn pipes out

I still hate this view.
I get the feeling it wants to fall on me, true to it's character

A big pile of stuff needing re-homing.
Along with the pile in the house

Not a bad effort for just a couple of hours

If you can't see the angle, you're in trouble.
