at a constant 45000 rpm mine was at 90db.
when i revved it, let it drop and revved it again i.e. bounced the throttle it came out at 105db, that without hitting 45000 revs when doing it.
run a risk on the drive by depending on the distance.

Sweet you will be safe then! Dont think they care to much either but best to be sure.

going to have to pull out i'm afraid due to my 'incident' until i get the car looked at
