Hi it's a Sony as100v with a Sony suction mount.
This time it was mounted in the protective case as I'd forgot the adapter.
So sounds a little different to the previous videos.

just to clarify, im am running a small ct26 hybrid.
i remember your gripe with these and mark edwards, ha.
im slowly catching his 12.5 (with considerably less mods/boost).

(i dynoed similar numbers to a ct20b a year or so back).
though i do have a spare ct20b to hand :thumleft:

Potential.
Bit less pressure in the tyres, and 1.8-1.9 ft would get me close.

Not sure why I didn't think of lowering the pressures slightly as I was getting a bit of spin on the more aggressive launches over the weekend.

Though same pressures worked fine last time, ha!
Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Yeh really pleased with that now considering temperamental clutch. I did have a few slip issues right at the beginning of the day, so resorted to just dumping the clutch again, though this was putting a hell of a lot of strain on those cvs with wheel hop which was a little worrying, glad they survived!

This was still in the 1.15-1.25bar area.
Changes to last time, injectors cleaned, new orings, turbo blanket and renewed the inlet gaskets.
Oh also went back to water only and dropped the fuel pressure another 1psi.

i don't know where the 12.60 initially came from, but for sure gave me confidence. Then all I could manage was 12.7-12.9s. Not even another 12.6x for ages. So didn't think at that point I could better it.

I got my money's worth on the day, I think I counted it right. 24 runs!!

I just couldnt nail down the launch. Some launches felt great, but the 60ft revealed otherwise.
You can clearly see anything in the 1.8x 60ft is how to get a quality time.
Though somehow I managed a 12.69 with a 2.0 60ft!

looks like the gold pressure plate you see on the OS giken's to me??

perhaps i already have one, not the Ogura i was led to believe....

anyone confirm??

if it is a Giken, what do i need to replace to bring this back to new?

although i have put down some good times when it isnt slipping, i was looking at uprated clutchs for over winter time, but was amazed to see what i saw, perhaps i already have the dogs danglies, but something on it is worn???

suggestions?

mmm, when i googled a while back they had blue covers (i swear)

but you are right, i can see a few in gold. looks like my mistake.

a quick google on here reveal the previous owner bought it on here with low miles back in 2006, ha!

guess its had its time for slippy launchs.

if you can find out the exact model then the plates are usually available, you may have to order from japan though, but it's no big issue

it looks to be an Ogura 409
