All turbochargers are liquid cooled.
Some are just oil cooled, others are oil and water.
CT26 and CT20 turbos are oil and water cooled.
Thanks Peter, I didn't ask the question very well, I meant is it water cooled.
Sorry I haven't been in touch about the bits for my current car, as I'm wanting a turbo now I don't think it's worth putting any new parts on mine. But when I need anything for the next one I will get them through you
Just out of interest how many hours do you charge for a Cambelt change with water pump as well?
Thanks Rich

Full day's work. 6-7 hours.
Sorry Peter I would have expected a PM if you were going to order them
Are they the same for NA and turbo?
Seems to me Rev3 Turbos are very thin on the ground at the moment. I can only find 2 that I like the look of
One's a white one on eBay but I don't really like white and its a Tbar, the other's on MR2OC, a grey one looks very nice but Tbar again. I'm sure the right one will turn up, maybe it's the time of year?

Considered a wanted advert?
I've got a few months left on my insurance on my NA so I'm not looking to buy quite yet but if the right one was to pop up I would probably go for it and have 2 Mr2's!
There are a few nice looking Rev2's but they've got the inferior CT26 and I don't want to go down the modifying route because I can see me getting carried away
You've just got to be patient, I was a member of this board for months before I found mine, but I was quite picky and waited for the perfect car. A rev 3 is definitely the way to go, personally I think the potential hassles of a T-bar aren't worth it considering you can buy a tin top that you know won't leak. And if you are enjoying some open top driving and it rains then you'll have to pull over to put the panels back in, maybe I'm just lazy.
Out of interest have you considered a V6 conversion?
It's got an awful lot going for it if you research it... I think you might be surprised by the amount of positives and lack of negatives
Not really mate, I want the kick of a turbo also I can get insurance for a standard turbo at the same price of my UK NA. The right one will turn up I've just got to think with my head and not my heart because I want this one to be a keeper/long term car
Thanks Karl I had noticed both of those, the second one seems to be sold and I do like the look of the first but I really am holding out for a Rev3. I do really appreciate keeping an eye out mate
Thanks Red
So just a good service (Oil and filter, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, rotor arm, dizzy cap)
Is all that's needed if it's running ok? Cambelt as well if it hasn't been done recently.
I would do the thermostat and coolant flush as well just to make sure that's ok.
