Plans within plans Haha, work for myself so quite flexible.
As for subs, wanted one that fitted in the oem cubby space. Now all I need to do is figure out how to wire it up...

Subs in the cubby eh, not a bad use for it I'm not sure what people generally do with them, other than fill them with rubbish
Re: J. [aka riot68] rev1 n/a back on the road [NOW SOLD]...
haha, well mine had a stock sub in the passenger one, free to a new home of anyone wants, and wanted to keep the space behind the seats for the roof panels as often have the boot full of paint ...

Just in case of a sudden snowy downpour?
I've just realised - The "cubby" isn't the area at the back between the seats? The panels on the floor behind each seats open up? There was always subs over mine so never even thought to look. Maybe there's treasure in mine, I might go and check
Re: J. [aka riot68] rev1 n/a back on the road [NOW SOLD]...
Haha, yeah, more cubby holes, my drivers one is a lockable storage area and the passenger one held the sub for the premium sound system from Toyota...

Nothing exciting in mine The driver's side had a dead spider in (yay?) and the passenger side had a black plastic lump in it, which wasn't moving under any circumstances.
Re: J. [aka riot68] rev1 n/a back on the road [NOW SOLD]...
The black plastic lump is the stock sub, easy enough to get out just need to pull the carpet back and undo the bolts, looks like this...

Well I've learnt something new today Does make you wonder why the previous owner of my tubby saw fit to add two V12 amps and two 10" boxed subs All that weight affecting the power/weight ratio
Re: J. [aka riot68] rev1 n/a back on the road [NOW SOLD]...
A few updates, finally got to putting in my IMOC sticker...
Fitted my Tom's short shifter...
And sorted out the lighting in the boot, very easy to do and way better than the silly little 1 bulb affair...

Nice work
The boot light is a massive improvement over the the standard lighting.

If the weather ever gets better
You've got a week and a half to do the bumper. That should be enough
Re: J. [aka riot68] rev1 n/a back on the road [NOW SOLD]...
Geez it is as well, not even going to attempt it then I reckon, otherwise will be turning up with no bumper at all haha...

Looking good mate! Those IMOC stickers are awful ive binned mine off, they just dont go well anywhere, except maybe splodged on my work van window! I was thinking of just printing my own set, just on a long strip `imoc.co.uk` in the same colour as the car, that slinks along the bottom of the rear qtr windows or along the bottom of the rear window, so I can still get `spotted`. Would look a lot better than that clumsy looking rectangle.

UPDATE!!!
Had a pleasant day with Phil (Magic Beans) yesterday, trying to get some of my endless jobs done to the car, went really well and big thanks to Phil for his time and help...
First up, BUMPER CHANGE aaaahhh, been putting this off for over a year, anyway, old one off (hacksaw anyone) and support bar and surround rust proofed and painted back up...
then new bumper on...
Need to get some shots tomorrow of everything fitted back on as we changed the bonnet and light covers too (bought most of Danthemans panels from his old car as a lot of mine were faded). Looks a lot better with a shiny bumper on and a rev2 now with the bigger lip.
Also took out the disintegrated A/C rad and a few other A/C parts as well, free performance as Phil would say.
And we got the new hose stuff on the induction kit and fitted the catch can as well.
Only a few other little jobs to do and I think I've caught up, saying that didn't fit a few bit's as after talking to Phil and thinking through some things, I think it's time soon to move up to a turbo, so cash saving will be going on and i'll be looking to get one for next "summer"...
Thanks again to Phil, will try get some decent exterior shot's tomorrow...

It was a pleasure. Always glad to help if I can
All that weight saving must give you the equivalent of part of a horsepower. Maybe a couple of catpower maybe
I got a couple of photos too, as always
