The evo is faster, better looking, better handling, better stopping and seats 4 adults and all your week's shopping. There isn't a box it doesn't tick, not a knicker elastic it doesn't snap.

You were doing so well up until the bit about the knicker elastic . Apart from being sadly untrue (I could point you in the direction of quite a few girls who would be totally unmoved by an Evo (esp. yellow))....do grow up. If I thought any girl was interested in me because of what I drove then I wouldn't be very interested in her.

You also seem to be very impressed with yourself for having been able to go out and buy yourself a £23k car. Well whoop-de-do. Perhaps some people would prefer to spend more of their hard-earned on other things? Doesn't mean everyone on here is a pauper.

FWIW, I don't doubt the Evo's a good & capable car, personally I preferred the style of the V & VI and if I was that bothered about having the performance and 4 seats, I'd consider one.

But I think despite some reasonable points, you've really managed to prove the point of the original topic....
