Another shiney thing:
Image

I gave up with painting bits, was too messy and a pain in the ar$e not scratching it all! So the polishing has begun, intercooler pipes are all gleaming as is the throttle body which was done in just 4 hours yesterday!! On the polishing list:

Throttle body - intercooler pipe spacer
Cam cover
Heat shields
Turbo to intercooler hard pipe
pics to follow...

Well it all depends on my situation after xmas. Its complex now but..........im looking at getting a bog standard UK rev1 or 2. I dont want any mod cons at all. Power steering, air con etc but i do want a t-bar in white.
I want a 3sge engine again. I loved the power and sound. I want it slammed on coilovers with HKS filter and Motoria exhaust customised to fit NA. Strip the car completely. No stereo, spare wheel, etc. Light as poss.
16 inch white split rims and a full Toms T020 bodykit.
Im not interested in loads of power as the handling and driving feel is what makes the MR2 so good.
Its something im planning over next 2 years as im gonna buy something small like a saxo to use as a daily driver.

After drivng loads of cars last year i realised i enjoyed the feel of your old NA the best mate. :thumleft:

Yeah it was my fav car really, hate to admit as i liked mine a lot. But thats the plan, weekend toy ahoy!

Can I just say Matt id love to see yours with 17s all round. Really not keen on the 16 front its the only thing that ruins the car. You will have to let me have a go sometime!
