will be going round their house at the weekend and will find out in person - will update ASAP

still no sign of the delivery - so i have sent an email to the supplier in teh US asking for tracking details.

actually I've asked them to track the damn shipment themselves as I've received not a jot

got the reply overnight :

Hey Frank,

I'm really sorry for any inconvenience you may be experiencing with this transaction. Because you've purchased 15 we would like to ship all of them to you at once. It seems as though Tanabe is undergoing a slight delay. Once again, I apologize for the delay. I'll try to get back to you with a set ETA as to when it ships out to you. Thanks for your understanding.
