Just some advice for anyone attending Japfest, get there very early. If you arrive any later than about 7.30am you are likely to spend the whole morning queuing to get in. Get a hotel if you have a distance to travel..

I don't mean to put anyone off going, it's a brilliant one day show, but I'm not going due to the queue issue. Access into Castle Combe is all country lanes so it's a nightmare when several thousand cars are there.

I'd seriously look at local hotels Nick. A bunch of friends went last year, were 5 miles away from Castle Coombe at 8am, gave up at 12.30pm as still not in the venue and went home.

We finally got into the show at around 12.30pm...

Actually I may well need to eat a load of humble pie. Just been talking to the 86 guys and we may well ask if IMOC can accommodate about 5-8 86's as really the 86 club is in it's infancy.
