so time for the fuel tank
i had a bosch 044 pump in there anyway but running on stock main tank lines so these needed changing
i went for -8 flow and -6 return

bits!

Image

Image

got the pump out

Image

Image

little bit of cutting needed to fit the bigger adapter

Image

took the tank lid and cut and drilled it out for -8 elbow

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

put the -8 adapters on but #-o wont fit!
had to order 2 -8 push fit fittings and hose instead

Image

-8 on the elbow

Image

marked up the tank an drilled out for the return

Image

return in the tank

Image

all done ready to go back in!

Loving your work :thumleft: The video of you racing in the wet made brought back terrible memories though :pale:

You should have seen us this weekend, five runs and wet to start with getting drier each run then on the 4th run Steve was faster than the Cosworth Escort he has lost to for the last two years. The Escort driver then changed his wheels and tyres to better ones and as he was doing that it started to rain again. With the rain Steve and myself ran slower but the Escort went faster, but just not enough :D
