The entire reason to flock a dashboard is to get rid of the worst glare in the world !
Honestly, at times, especially in the winter sun you can barely see anything at all, great for the track and definitely a good safety bonus if you use the car on the road.

aaron dean: Surely the glare has pretty much vanished now with this done ?

Appreciate the ebay link, something I shall get done as I've threatened just to spray the thing matt black before  (100% because of glare)

yep no glare from it at all, looks good and provides the solution to a very annoying problem, now only if my wipers were actually any good id nearly be able to see whats infront of me lol

The Bosch flat blades are meant to be good.
Polish the glass first, apply some rain x - and it should be vastly improved :thumleft:

I shall definitely get the dash flocked at some point, apart from it being dangerous to myself there are times when I wouldn't be able to see a horse in front of the car !

lol youd defonatly know if you hit a horse mind... thatnks for the heads up, ill give the bosch blades a look at, do they have the little spoilers on them which push the blade to the window as mine just lift off the screen over 70mph

I haven't used them yet but they get great review ratings, I'm sure they won't lift off at all, if they do that could indicate an issue with the arm or some other component.
