slight change of route with less traffic lights and junctions

going leave the harvester at 11:30 up past the crash site then back down the a500 to festival park turn off

then over the fly over and head towards leek as this is one straight road people shouldnt get split up

(i hope) few places to overtake too if needed to catch up

once in leek there is a junction please follow the signs for macclesfeild which is a left turn up the hill then left again

that road is long and we will be going slow so if anyone is seperated again you have plenty of places to over take to catch up

this takes us into macclesfeild straight from leek on one road

once in macclesfeild there is a big junction, please turn onto the a537 which is buxton road (start of cat and fiddle)

my number is here is anyone gets lost near the back please please ring so we can find somewhere pull in or slow down to wait for you

If anyone has radios it may be worth bringing them to help stick together, they've helped on a lot of runs I've been on. I can bring a pair.

No problem. If anyone else has any radios they could bring that would help us keep the group together. If the radios have 8 main channels (most do) then they will all work together so everyone can talk to everyone else.

I know the route from Leek to Macc to the Cat very well. So can lead a few people if necessary.

Obviously we'll be in the Teg, so dead easy to spot amongst a sea of Mr2s.

Yes we are planning to certainly. We are at a wedding the night before (work colleagues who are all alcys) so i'm hoping I won't be too worse for wear.

That sounds cool, would save us doubling back on ourselves so much.

Will send you a PM. :+:

Any ideas what i can put on my arial thats black,

I was thinking of Insulation tape but my arial sits flush and i think it would brake the arial if it cant locate in its reses,

I was thinking of fishing line round the arial then tape off this :-k

Somthing like this

Turn the radio on then disconnect the plug from the base of the aerial and listen to a cd?
