Yeah, had that off and its clean. Went out again and all seemed well for first ten minutes. Then it started again, when i pulled up the revs were going down to less than 500 and then kicking up again, but add soon as you try to engage a gear and move it needs a bootfull to stop it stalling!

Goin to garage first thing and hoping to find put what it is, if not it's Scruffy the Honda to the rescue!

Total pain :(

Its not the plug that needs cleaning but the actual valve which is under the throttlebody (the thing it plugs into).

Sorry to hear of your troubles, Si. Doesn't sound too serious though.

We have been in Amsterdam all day. Weather has been terrible and worse when we got back to Zandvoort though thankfully it stopped raining, so just the gale force winds blowing us along the promenade!

We hope for calmer weather tomorrow, though it's forecast thunder and lightning for Erik's neck of the woods.

I'm sure it'll be loads of fun driving that 32 km long dyke!

Quick update as I type from Erik's computer.

We drove the Afsluitdijk yesterday and had a lot of fun on an electrically powered boat in the 'Venice of the North'. The car has been fine and much better since we left the dreadful Belgian roads behind.

We have a lovely evening with Erik and his partner and drunk enough beer to sleep pretty well.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone later, it's been a brilliant trip so far. :)

We're back. We had an absolutely fab time,, great company and a huge thanks to Mario and Bennie and for looking after us and making us all feel so welcome. :)

Also a big thanks to Erik and Desiree from 'The Wild Bunch' for their hospitality. Its events like these that have wetted my appetite for more Euro tours in the future. I just hope that there is some kind of Duderstadt next year. We shall see. :)

I'll put some pics up later when I get home. :+:
