Fingers crossed the 2nd HFH arrives tomorrow. When it does, we can fit turbo assembly and lift the whole lot into your car.

This was piston on cylinder 3 as i kind of expected, block was fine though thankfully which is now sold on.

Had to get a new caliper for Nearside front so that will get fit this coming week.
Have some pics of engine build but im waiting til its completed before i post them, currently the bottom end, head etc and box are mated i believe along with the inlet manifold. Just waiting on the arrival of the 2nd of 2 Hoses from Hell before those get fit along with the turbo, exhaust manifold, intake etc then it will be dropped into the car then everything else needs to be refit and tidied up.

Fun day today, got some polybushed rear arms and a subframe, then a half hour walk with them from the train station

Being sent down to Sbits as the old one was said to have had a seized bolt onto captive nut, this one is almost mint condition!
Also sending my polybushed rear arms down to fit instead of refitting standard ones.
We are hopefully not too far away now

There is a small possibility i may post a picture later of the build or part of it

Well, delivery company failed to show today to pick up subframe from me so im going to have to quickly rethink things

Decided to just send trailing arms down by Ups (interparcel) which arrived at Sbits today. Subframe has been sourced down that neck of the woods as it was too much hassle sending it down due to not being able to make it to a courier depot as i have no vehicle on road now.
So things are seeming pretty and we may see the completion by this weekend

The plan is to have it up and running and road tested by end of play Friday. Hopefully no issues arise

Its just going to be run standard for now, i was planning on massive power but as im planning on going self employed again soon i might be breaking the car in next few weeks.
