you normally get a letter within about 5 days....

the law states 14 and outwith you can contest and escape there wrath....


i'm pretty sure you have gotten lucky bud...

No it is 14 days IN TOTAL. Even if it's xmas and a multitude of bank holidays it is their problem. 14 days from being first flashed is the law.

If you get one later than this DO PM ME. Very often scamerships try to argue they posted it in time, and it's not their problem if it arrives after 14 days. This is a common trick and they are wrong. A very simple legal letter will sort it. So if you got flashed on the Sunday and didn't get anything by exactly 14 days from it (i.e. the Saturday) you are legally clear.

all i did was assume it was 40mph and accelerated slowly on those lines. it was like 4am, not a car in sight plus two lanes My judgement was wrong!

tbh, i do drive fast sometimes but that night i was like a snail.. and then to get flashed..
