do you really wanna repair this? sounds serious, its not like a bit of kerbing that can be patched, id be wary of just covering up something so structural tbh.

I was thinking that too, i was told that some alloy repairs look good, but the crack can penetrate further inside the alloy, and then, a few months down the line doing xxx speed on the track / xx speed on the road and *crack* your alloys disintegrates underneath you.... :shock:

There are a few specalist places that can fix alloys - I'd PM Blokey as he thought he'd written off two alloys on his Rex when he hit riased ironwork - they were fixed and returned refurbished and are now like new ...

I wouldnt recomend repairing it, they look like ultralights? This is their home page; http://www.ultralitewheels.co.uk/index.html

If i remember a 17" wheel is around £170- a repair could cost 1/2 that and whos to say its gonna be as good as new?
