FWIW, the last time I used AAS I paid £250 for a rear axle back section for an E46 BMW - so pretty much aback box plus a couple of feet.
they quoted me £700 for a turbo back system on my saab 9-3 (ended up picking up a used Swedish made system for £250)
they aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I can't justify blowing lots of cash on this car when I'm still buying parts for the 5SGTE.
£400 doesn't seem bad though as I'd hope to get £100 - £150 for the current exhaust!
