Very nice car dude! I like the mods that you doing as well, really smart.

The only thing I dislike are the anal beads hanging from the centre mirror :cyclops:

hahaha thanks mate

the anal beads are a present we were given from the guy who married me and the wife in cancun so hold a sentimental value and have been in my last 4 cars :D so that have to stay

Car looks good. Nice package really given the price paid!

Certainly getting stuck in with the mods, should look a tidy example when finished. I have brand new T bar seals in mine, so much more supple than the compressed tired ones that came out.

When you mentioned you fancied a T bar, that's exactly how I felt with my old tintop, I just reshelled it into a ground up resto project T bar

probably not the most cost effective way of owning a T bar, but at least I know it's like a brand new car underneath :thumleft:

This year on the Le Mans trip in the mountains with my roof out glaring sun and 30 degrees was fantastic.

Welcome back.

Looks tidy, good luck

Just would of been polite if you'd had the guts and spine to tell me our deal was off before I wasted £105 putting my reg on retention - p1$$ poor, thought you were better than that

i did reply

i sent you 2 texts saying im gonna give it a miss as its my full budget if i buy yours and i would prefer a t-bar

and then you sent me another text saying about cancelling the reg transfer and i replied again to that saying yea and sorry for messing about

it was also to do with the fact that your car looked pretty much the same as my old 1 and i wanted to go a different direction

i 100% replied to your texts though if i wanted to hide from you i wouldnt of posted my car on here lol

and i genuinly appologise if its caused any problems

Can tell yourself that but I got no texts or emails, even rang you few times. given how incessant you were with your emails id of known if you'd replied.

Anyway, done now. No issue with your choice, just poorly executed.

they really do transform the car, i also removed the mudflaps as i dont like how they look, and the inner arches are in very good condition waxoiled copper slipped up pipes all perfect :D

1thing i did notice is both front strut boots are wrecked and falling to bits so i will 100% be buying coilovers :D

cheers bud

i tried to find the blox 1's but they only had m12x1.5 not 1.25 or the other way round but either way no good lol

i normally use the proper d1 spec alloy 1's with the steel threaded shaft that are £98 a set but thought naaaa lol too much

ive bought another set of these for when its painted as these 1's will likely be a mess by then so ill get these powder coated :D

Depends how much you want to spend. I've just gone for some -35mm Apex lowering springs, and have a TRD rear 22m arb. The car is also fully polybushed.

Feels great on the road, so tight.

The car has had some polybushing and i intend on doing the lot

I had eibach 22mm arb's on the scoob and they felt great so again something i plan to do

But i 100% want coilovers the hsd mono pro's are £795 from driftworx and for a other £200 could have BC's so not sure yet

wheels look awesome, just needs to be a couple of inches lower now

i'm going for HSD mono's for my car, had them on a previous car and they're great.. no point in paying an extra £200 for BC's since they're the same thing.. made by the same company in the same factory.. just like K sport, D2, meister R etc..
