to imoc organizer-michael= :clown: ,
bit silly that particular statement,
the burden of proof falls upon the person who made the statement that it did happen, not those that say proove it did.
perhaps thats a little difficult for you to understand.

im not normally into name calling etc,as i feel it allways lowers the tone of any intelligent discussion, but, as it appears your comment has been allowed to stand by those that moderate,i can only assume name calling is normal here, which is sad really.
however,
should you wish to repeat your snide and childish comment to my face , i will attend the next big meet,(i dont normally, but i will make an exception in your case)where you will be instantly recognisable by your burberry cap, bird named sharon, uncontrolled teenage acne, and horizontal position.

Quote from TB website:

These downpipes, formally “Extremeboost downpipes” are now being made under licence for me by the same manufactures as those making them for extremeboost.

In my mind, "under licence" means with permission..... So the two statements seem to be in conflict with each other. Now i really am confused :?

the fabricators allowed me to purchase them as they were limited to extremeboost only before.

Why the digs peter? i've already trying to include your downpipe products into the genunie articles and drum up some advertising for you. also not said a bad word against you?

I've been talking with jeff, we've decided that going behind his back to get them produced was a bit low but he said he would have done the same, and we've accepted that its in the past and bygones be bygones. He's not going to sell them in the uk and i won't sell in america. So were both happy.

Hey Tim

No digs intended - honestly!!! I should have phrased differently. I was merely highlighting two conflicting statements which were are not dissimilar with other posts in this thread.

You were lucky that the fabricators were of such low morals. I'd do my pieces if any of my engineering shops did that to me, but then i get non-disclosure/sole supplier agreements signed....

Aww bless :)

Are you threatening me then? Should I dare to make the same comment to your face at a meet what would be the outcome?

I don't to prove anything to some vocal noob, if someone I have an ounce of respect for asks me to do this I'll attempt to do so.

I'll get my Burberry collection ready to wear and ask Sharon if she fancies a trip out, come and say hello when you spot me.

So where is the proof michael?

This thread is for facts and those that have had direct experience of the products. If you can't fulfil those criteria, I suggest you don't comment.

All I have is hearsay, speculation and a bit of artistic licence - is that enough evidence for you?

After a lot of reading, I hope I'm summarising this as best I can :

Tims products are quality and have people to prove it :D

Jason has said that early designs were weaker - fair enough but he's improved the d/p and also improving the I/C kit :D

Jason sells XP Power d/p's and the others. Jason's are made by Motoria and says Tim's are too - Tim says they are not.

This is only a suggestion - but can Tim and Jason post in some sort of photos/faxes/proof of suppliers to someone in the IMOC committee and settle this for once and for all ? If suppliers are indeed different and one party requires them to be kept secret, we can trust IMOC commitee to keep this a secret adn merely state if they are the same or not (in a sticky  )

P.S. Jason, this is no dig at all, but meant to be helpful - Tim in the past has "apologized" for behavious/comments and I think this has helped. Might just be a suggestion that you make a "format statement" on the "older" d/p's ? I know you have stated they were weaker, but some members seem to need closure on these older d/p's and an "We have produced d/p's in the past which may crack and if buyers can contact us directly we will try and help" kinda comment might help people to get over it ???

I wish I was :)

Sadly I can't back this up with hard fact, I appreciate that this is far from ideal in a mud chucking competition but my source is a respected individual with nothing to gain from such statements. Maybe it's a chinese whispers type thing that's got out of hand, I'm past caring really, let people buy these things and let them deal with the consequences.

I'm happy to accept that the internals are Garrett, another poster says this is the case (without hard evidence) following a strip down. What I would like to know, as an enthusiast, is what internals they use and if they are "Garrett-style", rejected Garret stuff or proper 100% Garrett approved bits.

I'm still not going to use the stuff of course but it's nice to get these internet myths sorted out. I have noticed a marked increase in the quality of offerings from the SS Autochrome / XS Power / Motoria types over the past year but the crap old stuff is still being sold, people need to be careful if they want to try and save money.

Can I come to this meet? I'd like to see you in a Burberry cap.

Well you seem to be or at least have been at loggerheads with all other suppliers and traders

And now trying to tip toe around and sort out your differences with these suppliers. Its like you've moved from the school playground to the college common room!

Not a dig, doesn't bother me, just cracks me up!!

Great entertainment =D>

lol yeah i know leeroy and i've appologised for my previous actions. I mean things have changed. I even get on with Patrick from Rogue and 3S are fitting my turbocharger kits.

Anyone see that coming? lol

I've also not made a point to comment on the quality of products sold my me or anyone else in another effort to stop any confusion of putting another product down.

The imoc commitee has requested factual information, i've offered to supply development pictures, invoices from my fabricator (name and contact details removed obviously) and am awaiting an email from jeff@extremeboost who developed these products to comment on them. I believe there still waiting for something from xspower.

I've got some factual information.

Fact xs power mr2 downpipes for the ct26/20 turbos are crap.

Fact The xs power intercooler kits are not kits and look like an unfinished product.

Both of those quotes are facts....not hear say but facts!

Yes i can say this as i have paid my money on both these products and held them both in my hands and tried to fit the to products with much heartbreak.

You want facts..... they are the facts.

You want the truth....... xs power you cant handle the truth!!
