Skywalker (Luke) is some 34 - 42 miles away from these postcodes so think its a bit unfair to ask them travel that far for me.

I've been to his premises before to collect this from him:

http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... c&start=60

The premises are in Sawbridgeworth, in a small industrial unit on a farm.

Danny seemed a genuine enough chap at the time. Has anyone tried ringing him?

yes that was obviously the 1st thing i tried when communication broke down between ebay and imoc..

As expected with most of these things tho the phone number (registered with ebay) is permanently off / answer machine message.

Apparently not. Have you read the last 2 pages?
So what would you use for wipers?

There's another advertiser on ebay from Sawbridgeworth doing body panels.. maybe he might know his direct competition and put you in the right direction.. :-k Or dare I say it.. might be one and the same? =;

Sawbridgeworth doesn't look very big on the Autoroute... There can't be many FG outfits down there.. :-#

still no movement on this.

Im going to ask IMOC to help with this one. I know it outside the IMOC hands but he still is: IMOC Affiliated Trader so i think it should be revoked.

just rang repli kit (aka pefect bodykits on ebay)

They say there is a "Danny" that works there but has no relation to Terezza. I personally find this very suspicious (but then i would ive been ripped off).

The chap at repli kit then proceeded to tell me that Danny actually works for them but on behalf of another garage company (only after i said it all sounded to suspicious).

Just to express "Im not slagging or slating off repli kit" but just find it suspicious.

Now off to ring the police and do some credit checks on the address I have.
Anyone else wishing for this information or who has been ripped off contact me ASAP.

:-k I think now as a club should we be considering a legal binding contract between traders when they want to come and do buisness on IMOC or should IMOC committee members or moderators hold enough information to track people down when situations like these happen !!!

I certainly hope something is goin on behind the scenes to deal with situation like this or should we put it to the vote!!! :)

Once again good luck to those affected!!! :)

Bit sticky really isn't it - the one transaction that has occurred wasn't even on IMOC. :-k Is it then only the one chap on ebay who parted with any cash? I wonder - can you not raise a paypal dispute (perhaps I missed something?)

Committee needs PMing if haven't already (jmachling deals with traders).
as regards IMOC.
