landed this morning too, courier wasn't best chuffed having to wait for it to be checked over before signing for.

Right, i've had a look at my exhaust. First impressions, very well wrapped! Finally got all the plastic tape and bubble wrap off it. I am no expert but i would say that it seems well made. Heavier than i expected but i suppose that is comparing it to the old one which was a bit rotten and mild steel. The welds all seem solid and relatively tidy. There are 2 or 3 v.small brown weld dots on the silencer. There are a few scratches on the silencer and one v.small dent (it is quite small, about half an inch) but i suppose this is likely in transit or when being made. Overall, i am happy. Just need to work out how to fix it all together and put it on now!

mine hasnt come yet and i haaaaaaaaate waiting! we always seem to get everything last out here in the sticks, i think drivers leave us as the last job in the day so they can have a quite drive in the country on the way home, lazy buggers!

got mine, all ok... only 1 niggle but i cant refuse to keep it based on that, one of the pipes sticks out about 3mm more than the other, which will annoy the hell outta me but i spose once its on you wont notice

I know what you mean! Mine seem to be ok but something like this is quite annoying. On a (hopefully) more positive note, what do you think about the quality of the exhaust? Does yours have any scratches?

fto systems are the same about an inch difference its to go with the shape of the bumper.

all other bits are send royal mail 1st class recorded. should be with you all nice and early tomorow.

yea its pretty good, only got one scuff on the backbox, looks like a 5 year old has used a pin and scratched away, but you cant see it once its on as its on the underside. otherwise there are a couple of weld dots which is normal.

packaged very well, i did insist he wait till i checked it, he tried the "just sign it unchecked" but the actually wrapping says check it before signing.

yea im happy overall, as for the slight differance in lengh....blah! when im at 7k rpm with a smile on my face i wont care about such a minor thing!

Unwrapped the exhaust quickly down at the garage, it looks fine.

Is there a warranty with these exhausts? Mine had no paperwork at all with it, only a note with my address on.

I would like a receipt for the records too.

warrenty is through mongoose - no paper work or warrenty card needed

all invoices are in with the fitting kits.
