I bought it for the mrs really as we needed a 4 door.
had a little search about a thought the Altezza was a good choice as the one we have is the RS200 so its got the 3s-ge beams blacktop (210hp)
and most important its rwd! :D

hope you guys enjoy Instagram as much as me  !

Haha, it's a good job you didn't specialise in toilets back in the day...

I did not know we did now!

We do heat pumps, solar heating and under floor heating. And sort out all the willy ups other installers make including hospital operating theaters :D

more wiring today

wired a plug and a length of screened cable onto the crank sensor

Image

Then wired the pc output

Image

Image

now moved on to the coil on plug setup

Image

started by trimming the cables to the same length and looping the 3rd cable and shrink wraping it as its redundant.

Image

Image

then test fitted the cops and measured, cut and soldered the cables

I had no clue what you do now, it just would have been a whole different nickname if you dealt with toilets not turbos back in the day

Nice progress Steve :thumleft:

finished work early today so thought id crack on with the wiring.

but first i had a parcel arrive

Image

my digital boost gauge \:D/

Image

so the 3 min job getting the cluster out

Image

done!

When i went for a 5 min break somthing strange happened

Image

Image

:silent:

anyway thought id paint the shroud white

Image

all back together

Image

very happy how it looks!

so moved back onto the cop's and soon realised there was a little modding needed

Image

Image

all fits fine now thats cut off

Image

Image

just need to fit the heat proof sleeve and wire them in.

also had a look at the emergency cut off

Image

Image

it'll fit somewhere like that.
does anyone make one of those panels in grp?
or have one thats not cracked everywhere?

Excellent as always. The cluster is a huge improvement :thumleft:

What made you opt for digital over analogue?

cheers! :thumleft:

i thought the digital display would be much easyer to read plus where its fitted.
i had the old gauge in the centre console and it was a little hard to just glance at to read when i was flat out.
thats the only reason.
oh and dads one looks phat!

Good effort- 30mph with the door open! Think your altenator's out though judging by the three warning lights, and you need some fuel
