The 350Z lot wont be offically attending as far as i know. Last year we were on the IMOC stand in our Swift Sport. Will try and sneek on with the 350Z this year.

More than welcome John, I think Scott put the prices for membership + ticket on the 1st page.

A tent's a must, then beer, BBQ food/nibbles (there will be pig on one night), waterproofs and something very warm for the night. I think I'll be bringing my uber insulated sleeping bag this year.

Will be aiming to turn up Thursday for setup. Mark will come down at the weekend. I'll probably have to come down in Pat the Panda, as though the Yaris is Japanese, it is just absolutely dire to drive.

Will ALL people aimig to be there on Thursday for set up add their names to the list in the Organisers Secton. Since the only people required on Thursday are the Club Organisers.

We were advised at the organisers meeting that we could not have too many people turning up on the Thursday as the site is officially for clubs from Friday to Sunday.

People arriving on Thursday will have to be cleared with the organisers, who have alrady confirmed that they want as few people as possible on the Thursday, bearing in mind how many clubs there are.
