Guys, I need definitive numbers for accommodation ASAP. I also now need to know how many nights (& which ones) you will need as this will effect the overall price.

It's half term that weekend and there are few properties left that can accommodate us all.

Bud, put me down for a double. I like a big bed. I plan to stay the Friday night and Saturday night.

I have found a group of cattages that should be able to house all of us now. Preliminary quotes have come in at around £70 per person regardless how many nights we stay there (3 nights seems to be the minimum rental). It's a fair bit more than expected but still cheaper than a Travel Inn (or similar).

However, I am now playing two agents against each other to see if we can get the price down even more

Based on the above list, the best I've managed is £68 per person.

I will be paying the deposit tonight on 3 cottages which will accomodate all of us.
It is a nice group of stone cottages within 10 minutes of the circuit and there is ample off-street parking.

I will be sending out a PM to everyone who wanted accomodation with my bank details/Paypal so you can pay me which then in turn I can pay the rental agents by the end of this week.

The agent kindly decided to take the full payment on Tuesday instead of just the deposit. So our bank account is looking kind of dire at the mo and the mortgage payment looks like it might go out using the overdraft facility
