Yes,it does seem to be a proper car at a reasonable price and the fact that it has sold at this time of year tends to confirm it was good.Is the buyer on here?
Cynical afterthought: that two tone colour scheme is just right for covering up rust around the arches with a bottom half respray of the grey bits...hope the buyer checked these areas (and the underside).

I bought this just over a month ago, needs quite abit of work to bring it back to A1 but had to buy it as manual T Bars with genuine low miles dont come along very often
All arches are fine and the sills ok, just other areas that need sorting, im currently checking and restoring the car, should be ready for early spring
I own a N/A Mk1 but this SC sounds supurb and is great fun to drive , i can see why people love these now
