Cheap Rev3 Turbo (Proper nice example!!!!)

Post by spannerman »

Time to sell my Rev 3 Tubby. I live in Huddersfield West Yorkshire, 1st to pay will bag this beauty (Cash sale only)

Over the last 2 years (owned 5yrs) this has merely being a play thing for me, covering just 4k miles in last 12 months.

This is the GT model as such comes fully loaded including electric folding mirrors and steering front fog lights, half leather / alcantara seats and climate control, ABS + Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD)

Its also had the optional, factory fitted traction control system. As people know the Rev3 onwards is the MR2 to have since Toyota changed the engine (upping power 245BHP) and suspension (Less tail happy) as well as the styling.

The car has always been maintained to a very high standard, having worked in the Motor Trade for 12yrs previous as a Mechanic, if it needed any work it was carried out maticulously. Always run on Shell V-power and Fully Synthetic oils.

It Does'nt burn oil and the engine is quiet from cold.
There are no Oil / Water leaks and the raditor fans come on fine, temp gauge always steady

Further to this, full respray was carried out 12months ago bringing the body back to its former glory when it left the factory.

*Tax 02/09 MOT 07/09
*Cambelt & Clutch replaced 16'000 miles ago
*New Toyo T1R's on the rear, front tyres are also T1R's with 6mm tread remaining.
*Clifford Concept 550 alarm / Imobiliser with proxsimetry dectection and remote start module.
*Pioneer CD head unit.
*Kenwood amplifier and custom sub box with Cerwin Vega 10" subwoofer.
*Uprated polyureothane anti roll bar bushes.
*Mongoose Stainless Steel exhaust with TB Developements down pipe.
*Radiator replaced 2yrs ago.
*Hand brake cables replaced.
*Rear Drop links replaced
*Stainless braided break hoses fitted
*New battery 2months ago
*Air filter 2months ago

The car has covered 136'000miles though being a Toyota theres plently life left in it.

The only thing I can find that needs sorting is a slight knocking at drivers side front. Either a top mount or the famous drop links, nothing more.

Overall this is a great example of a rev 3 tubby.

Grab this bargain!!!
