[Mk2] [Generic] Whats the best front lip ?????

Post by craizeeboyuk »

My Border front bumper is looking a little bashed up and i'm thinking about going back to the standard front end with a tasty lip on the bottom. Just wondered what people think is the best lip and pic's would be great.

I'd be afraid of smashing it to bits on the first speedbump.

Aeroware for me, obviously though it's down to personal taste (some don't have much :oldtongue:) and what the rest of your car is like. I had a Bomex before, the one as above but with the wings... for my car I prefer the Aeroware due to its simplicity and stock feel, but 'k me is it low

How do the lips fair clearance wise? I have just moved into a new place with some rather steep speed bumps and my already battered Veilside is not much longer for this world. Guess they are much better as they are so much shorter in the nose?

My Greddy lip is scraped to F**k undeneath and covered in stonechips it sits low anyway but is also angled downwards so the point of it tends to catch. It aint too bad on the speed humps but you gotta take em slow.
