[Mk2] [Turbo] Help needed with heater flap motor thingy

Hope someone can help me with this. Now the weather is turning chilly I've gone to move the air blowers from in my face possition to demisting the screen. Trouble is it just makes a clicking noise from behind the dash and wont change. makes the click in all setting other than to the face.

Please help before i mist up and crash
