I have decided to sell my mint rev3 mr2 turbo. I am the first owner since import in Feb 08. The reason for selling it is because i have not really bonded with it and prefer Hondas to the rwd turbo. Here's the spec and a few pics: -Late 96 revison 3 tip top - so no T-bar flex (this has the much improved handling over the rev1/2) -Grade 4 - japanese auction sheet to prove it -68k miles - verified -EBC red/green stuff pads -Enkei RE01 (i believe) lightweight staggered alloys -new Avon zz1's tyres on the front -6 point padded roll cage - this increases the rigidity plus saftey (this is bolted in so can be removed if wanted) -Bride drivers seat -HKS silent exhaust -Tein Super street 16 way dampening adjustment/adjustable ride height (this is 5 months old and has covered literally 400 miles - i still have receipt for over £1k) -HKS mushroom air filter -Toad A606 cat 1 alarm/immobiliser -this is my second car so is in the garaged most the week and used weekends when dry -A/C, elec windows/mirrors, sony stereo with upgraded speakers -Nardi steering wheels/D1 spec gear knob -immaculate underside, compound machine polished paint -run only on v-power at standard boost, runnning approx 250/260bhp est
Price is £4995 ono.
Thanks
Mint car, i own one but a 94 model, looks very similar,
I think your about right with price, was looking to sell mine for around 4200, it has 55k on the clock,
What wheel/tyre sizes are you running ?
Good luck with the sale !!!
thanks for the comments.
wheel size is 16" and tyres are 195 at the front and 205 at the back, i will have to check the profile but i think 45 or 50.
thanks
update:
tyres are 205/45/16 on the front Avon ZZ3 and 225/45/16 on the back Yokohama DNA Grand Prix's
I will get a pic of the engine bay at the weekend.
lol, i was waiting for someone to spot that. Yes the car came with a bucket seat as the drivers seat and the Bride seat as the passenger seat. Anyway i found the bucket seat too hardcore so swapped it for the Bride seat and then got a standard passenger seat and changed the door card on the passenger side aswell as the original one had a little tear it in. I just bought the standard seats and door cards of the forum and tbh prefer the look of the rev1/2 to the rev3 ones.
