[Mk2] [Turbo] Whats this head off please?

Can anyone recognize this head ? is it from a rev 3, it looks different to my rev 2 ? apparently its been
"gas flowed and re skimmed all to Toyota specs and valves " ?

u cant tell alot from that photo, you got a rev3 head and thats about it. take some more photos of the combustion chambers and the ports and it should be obvious if something has been done.

What will be obvious its had work done ? apart from being clean?

usualy there are some rough casting marks inside the ports, if its been flowed then it should be smooth and almost chrome like

Cant tell much, heres another couple of pics ,looks like some damage where a head bolt has been removed ,does this make it scrap value only?
