[Mk2] [Turbo] 850cc fuel injectors
Does anyone know if i will get any gains by puting 850cc injectors on my rev2 with standard ecu?or is it a waste of time? ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

larger inj's will need mapping to work properly.
Also the only advantage of having larger inj's is so you can safely flow more air
-from increased boost or larger turbo.
doing this however will require mapping.

the oem ecu cannot be mapped as it is.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] 850cc fuel injectors
so if i put a boost controler on i will get a beter response than std injectors

a boost controller will allow you to adjust the turbo psi and gain to give you more power, you may need a fcd for a rev2, the standard injectors will run higher duty cycles but be quite adequate for the standard rev2 turbo

adequate as in they will work to within the turbo's capabilities and a fcd is a device, it's full name is fuel cut defender and it just changes the ecu's safety cut off for boost levels and therefore allow you to run higher boost

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] 850cc fuel injectors
aftermarket ecu and mapping will be needed for larger injectors
