[Mk2] [Turbo] Oil cooler

Post by RANDOMr2 »

I was wondering about getting an oil cooler when I get my oil filter relocation kit (as I'm pi55ed off with doing oil changes with the filter where it is tbh)

But...what sort of stage of mods should a 3s-gte be running at to justify an oil cooler? My fear is running the oil too cool possibly :-k Could this happen on an mr2 turbo? :-s

My (minimal) mods are here
Chaos, panic and disorder. My work here is done!

as long as you get a thermostatic controlled take off plate you should be ok.

try not to make the pipework too long as it puts more stress on your oil pump.
