Could meet at Fishers garage. There is plenty of parking in the little chef carpark, and its a shell garage so v-power all round!! I'm not buying though!

sounds good to me guys. Im moving to horsham soon and do lots of work over that way anyway and the homebase/halfords carpark in broadfield would be good. and there is a shell close by.

What sort of route would people like to run?

braodbridge heath you mean. Car wouldn't last 5 mins in Broadfield

Only prob with Halfords car park is the speed bump on the way in, but spose that can be dodged if nothing is coming the other way.

Hmm, well I'm in a bit of a 'I love my license mood' at the mo so haven't been speeding at all. Sticking to speed limits and just using the limited amount of torque I have to have fun with, only booting it in 2nd when I get to a 70mph road and only then slowing once I've reached 70.

Just been very paranoid of speed cameras and ol' bill sitting behind the bush lol.

Just moving into my own place hasn't helped as money is now tied up so a speeding fine would quash my last remaining £'s which I save for Mr Two and also screw up my once a month Chinese if the insurance went up lol. Little things, but I'd miss em. (I'm also thinkin of going into the police so need to keep my driving record clean if I wanna become a traffic cop)

To be honest I much prefer a nice drive on a early summer's eve, with the T-bars off, meet up for a natter then bu88er off home again.

What about the BP Garage next to Maccy D's on the A24?

When I was running my car in, or just when I fancied a drive, there is a nice circuit, come out towards redhill, reigate, over towards dorking, down the horsham bypass, down to worthing... thru the tunnel to brighton, then back up through birgess/haywards heath and balcome road. Was a nice little treck with some twisties, fast duel carriage ways, tunnels, towns, bit of everything.

I'd quite happily give you a hand mate, know a lot of the roads round these parts, so sure we could find something that suits.

You don't have to drive fast to enjoy the car. A lot of the Guildford meet is on A roads that we struggle to get up to the NSL on due to other people, its about the twisties and the fun and the sun.

Just gonna say, that's what I'd prefer, pushing the 2 to the limit in the corners instead of dual carraigeway flat out 'Who Can Go The Fastest'

Its easy to avoid the dual carriageways anyway, plenty of good roads around Sussex and Surrey. None of the meets I have been to (obviously excluding Santa Pod) have been about who can go fastest, it doesn't matter if you first to the pub or last, so long as you all get there. Often on Guildford meets I am the last person to get to the pub.
