i pretty much have the same mods as you, lol, i wouldnt say you have spent your money unwisely, lol....

difference, couldnt tell you...its been like 3 years since i had a stock engine/turbo and stock boost...
but it is a massive difference from the rev3 ecu, to the mapped power FC after all my unknown issues on that rev3 ecu...

i was running on this power band for around a year trying to fix things, that simply couldnt be fixed, lol.....
look at the difference top end, crazy.

It would be great to know what a stock Rev 2 ecu , with all you bolt ons and same boost pressure would do?

20HP at best in the difference?

(no doubt the map is better on the Power FC so day to day driving might feel better and MPG might improve off boost)

might be 20 or something, but torque curves on the rev2 ecus peak at like 3.5 and take a massive dive by redline, im holding near enough my peak pretty much throughout the whole midrange.....probably where the difference is, and im holding my peak hp to for a little while...

in fairness, the only really difference from most other basic modded rev1/2s is the fact ive ditched afm, popped in 540s and mapped on power fc.....
sure ive done bored out rail, fuel pump, rev3 inlet cam, but these arnt going to make up to much difference if anything, maybe the cam a few hp....purely on there for safetly, like the arps and metal headgasket...

Thats cool , so for anyone elsethinking of going down that route , doing what you have done will at this stage make the car slightly better than stock car with bolt ons and ct20 - but atleast if you planing big power you have a better base now to go from. :)

yeh cause i can pop in 800s in that bored out rail....(dont think its advisable to put in more than 540s on a stock rev1/2 rail :-k )....
i got the metal hg already...i could just pop on a bigger turbo, run the same boost, and hope for more hp...

maybe so, but this graph is all purely down to the rev3 ecu on my car (thats still a ct20b on there ), never knew and noone knows what on earth was going on there.....
but obviously i had no problems popping on rev3 power fc and making 50hp more!
