Just fitted my Recaro seats into my rev3, and may I say it was very easy.
This was mainly because of the top quality of seat rails used, supplied by Night Spirit.

I know some people manufacture some from generic rails but I decided to buy the genuine full rails from Night Spirit.
I thought after I had paid for the generic rails, a pair of seats to rip out the Toyota rails, pay some one to weld them up there would not be much difference. Plus all the added hassle.

These rails were bolt straight onto the seats and into the car, and they came with all required bolts. Well worth the money. :thumleft:

Nightspirit also has an unhealthy amount of lube...

I have recaro rails, well worth it. The floor is so wonky in the MR2 I gave up trying to fit my own.

Yeah, that's why I ended up importing some Bride rails from Japan for my Bride seat. Well worth the money IMO. :thumleft:

I will get some pics up, did it last night in the garage so the pics were rubbish.
Having the t-bar helped loads when trying to remove the seats in a single garage. :thumleft:

Let me know what you think. They need a bit of a hoover as the seats have been sitting in my spaire room where the other half blow drys her hair. There are loads of little bits of her hair all over the seats

I might have to go for this in the end. Was hoping to either stick with modifying my generic Recaro rails or picking up a 2n'd hand SW20 pair.

...Sod it, it's only money. Nearly had 2 sets of second hand rails so far but I'm now thinking I'd rather just pay-out and do it the easy way. At least that way there'll be no cutting / welding to do.

The seat rails..from Recaro, same ones Andy has are £208 shipped to your door. Not sure where the £100 came from RST, unless that was for one!!
