[Mk2] [Turbo] Boost problem with Blitz SBC I-D III Boostcontroller. HELP!!!

Post by MR-TOYOTA »

Hello,

I have an problem with my boostcontroller.

First I had an manual Boostcontroller. This one i installed an i could adjust the boost. I had on 0,8 Bar. I also disconnected the T-VSV

Now i have installed my new Blitz SBC I-D III specRboostcontroller.

I installed everything just as the installationmanual.

Wen i put the boost on 0.8bar or 0.9 bar the boost doesn't come above the stock 0.6bar.

Can anybody tell how this is possible??

I have a similar (if not the same) model in my rev2 and it works fine. :-k

(Up to 1.2bar  )

Where are you located? If you're local come and have a look how mine's plumbed in. Failing that where is it connected? I'll have a look at mine later to remind myself and try to get some pics...

Thanks for the answer, SySanguinary.

I had the T-VSV disconnected. After I connected this again the boostcontroller works.

Today i fitted my new Apexi open airfilter. Wen i drive on 0,8Bar of boost the goes to that boost. After i went off the gas and i want to accelate again the boost stuks at 0,4 bar. I really don't know ho that comes.

Does anyone have an suggestion??

its a fairly easy boost controller to set up but you still have to do it right...have you tried swapping it with a mbc to see if it rules everything else out then you know its just a case of setting it up right...I've a few links etc saved, i will go and see if i can find them...you may already have them but you never know... :thumleft:
