Done the same myself (but didn't hit a badger  ).
Halfords have some black plastic mesh but it's only 300x900mm. Which fits the centre piece but not the fog light spaces unless you piece it (which I've done). This is temporary until I can get some ali mesh as I fear the plastic mesh doesn't offer the rad enough protection.
Demon Tweeks offer what appears to be perfect size 200x1250mm ali mesh in various colours and grades but it's 7/10 day delivery (I think).
From memory the cost is a little over £20 for both the Halford & Demon Tweeks options.

You've reminder me to get on this before my plastic mesh is breached

on the topic of meshes (sorry for the Hi-jack bud), i want a decent plastic mesh like they use on new cars; ive never liked the ally stuff as it bends too easily.

local Halfrauds dont have it so any ideas on where i could get some?

its going to go on a border bumper btw.

Mine is one big piece of mesh, It's held on by small 45 degree bits of Carbon.

One side of the bracket screwed in to the bumber then the mesh bolted to the bracket.
