MR2 Challenge @ Brands Hatch this Sat 28/07

I spoke to Brands Hatch today and have organised a club exclusive parking area inside the circuit. Should be on the exit of Clearways overlooking the start of the pit straight

Gonna head over there tomorrow and collect 10 passes and can organise more if required.

Will probably drop the passes at the entrance gate so that members can collect them on arrival.

If anyone is interested in popping along please let me know in this thread to ensure I have enough VIP parking passes.

Hi everyone..

I popped over to Brands this afternoon and collected a quantity of VIP parking permits, but was told that any MR2 that reports to the entrance adjacent to the Thistle Hotel will be allowed access to the MR2 parking area.

We will be parked on the gravel area overlooking the exit of Clearways/Pit lane straight

A group of us will be arriving at 10am and meeting by the Thistle Hotel or alternatively, arrive when can and ignore/avoid any directions towards the public car parks.

I saw lots of cars,sorry I didnt come over, I lost all but one of my gears in qualifying so was really slow lol! so had to fix it for the race, then got held up.

It was a good turn out, of mk's on and off the track

Apologies to all for not making this one, as by the time I got up on saturday and felt vaguely human again it was too late to come down! That'll teach me to go on a bender the night before I guess!!
