I think the trijet was a mk2 but am sure there was a mk1 with a single jet engine.

I have on quite good authority that the 2zzge has been done in the states.

Shame there not a bit cheaper over here :(

The twincharger is still based on the 4A-G(Z)E block as far as I know, although they have mentioned the other 4A-GE variants

From looking elswhere on the forum, I would imagine the twincharger option is probably more expensive motor by far!! Even beating the trijet :D

hi do you guys know if anyone has put the 3tgte engine in the mk1? if not why not :-k surly it would be easyer to do then some of the others and there about 20hp more powerful then the 4agze?

Ancient engine which was never available in the UK - 3SGTE is easier to get hold of and more powerful too

Didn't the earliest version of the JDM MR2 come with a 1500cc engine? What was the code for that one?

I know the car was known as an AW10 and was available in New Zealand.

Poverty spec 1500 used the 3A-LU sohc carburettor engine - a mere 83PS at 5600rpm =;
