[All] [Generic] Best place to buy Volk Alloys?

Post by jrleech »

I'm after a set of Volk TE37 Cup alloys for my Mk1 (15x6.5J ET35).
http://rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/cgi2/en ... =060_TE37C

Where's the best/cheapest place to get Volk wheels in the UK??

Thanks,
Jon

Well there are more choices than there used to be.

Envy Performance
Coordsport (main dealers)

but I'll be going with...Demon Tweeks! 10% IMOC discount and a retailer that is usually very reliable.

They don't list the TE37 Cup, maybe they can get them.... I'll check out the other companies too, thanks!

They are a very recent dealer, but prices seem good. :thumleft:

mmm, Envy seem to be about £100 per wheel more than the Yen price in Japan.... seems quite a large markup.

Terribly sorry, should have remembered that you get first dibs on TRD parts.... I'll print out a poster and stick it on my wall to remind me ;)

There is another IMOC member on here at the moment who had theirs delivered via Funky Styling/Envy and they came wrong and damaged though - one of the reasons I decided to go via another dealer.

That did cross my mind. With Demon Tweeks, if I go to pick them up and they're damaged / scratched, then I'll walk away. If I've ordered them mail order and paid already, then I'm stuffed really.

Strangely, Demon Tweeks said after checking with Japan that the wheel I want (TE37Cup) is discontinued, however Co-ordsport say that they are available and are getting me prices and availablility :?

I'll see what happens!

Been very happy with Demon Tweeks recently, got my coilovers from them, they already has £20 off what every other retailer was selling at and then with the 10% discount... quite a bargain... used to call them demon-thieves... not any more!

EDIT: I also had a bad experience with Envy.. i would NOT use them again even if they were offering the wheels 1/2 price.
