[Mk2] [NA] Taxing the MR2 HELP!!!

Post by leeharding »

Hi All,

Right ive got the new MOT certificate  and the new Insurance Certificate  but i have not got the V5 as yet and the guy had lost the small green bit which i needed to tax the vehicle, i didnt think it was a problem at the time, but now i cannot tax the 2 until i get the V5

I just spoke to DVLA they reckon ill have the V5 within the next 2 weeks LOL. I need to go to manchester at the weekend about 100miles. Do i chance it without a taxed vehicle? How stupid is this i want the tax the vehicle and i can't ](*,)

If it was me I wouldn't risk it because with my luck I'd get caught on camera or something.

should be a form you can fill in at the post office if you don't have a v5 yet. that's how it used to work anyway. still need mot and ins. though.

yep certainly did. Bit of a risk but looked over the 2 with a fine tooth comb and confirmed via HPI check that the vehicle was ligit.

It had FULL toyota service history and had 105k miles on her for £700.00

ANYWAY passed MOT. ive filled in the forum for the v5 just go to wait for it to come through
