rev1 tubby hugely modified £3000 NO LONGER FOR SALE

Post by 3sgte »

rev1 tubby, tbar gt
had it for 3 yars , no probs whatsoever , apart from alternator which i changed

cambelt / clutch both changed within last 4000 miles so no worries there (genuine toyota cambelt including idlers/tensioner) oil changed every few months so about every 2k miles

loads of mods including hks TD05 turbo,
lsd gearbox with RPS 450lb/ft clutch
, rev3 ecu conversion ,
rev3 rearlight with genuine toyota reverse panel
st205 chargecooler conversion
k+n induction
stainless twin exit buddy cluyb style exhaust
samco turbo inlet hose
lowered 30mm ,
koni shocks ,
autopista spoiler,
rev3 brakes with redstuff pads ,
full high and tight poly bush kit . speedhut dials
nardi torino steering wheel
, 1/2 leather in good nick
toad cat 1 alarm + loads more i cant remember as of now

was rolled at 330bhp as a rev1 440cc with a blitz ecu , was running rich as rev3 setup but i have got an adjustable fuel regulator to sort this or just plug and play powerfc (which was why i done rev3 ecu conversion )

turbo never wound up above a bar , but is good for at least 1.3 bar so with a bit of fettling should make 300bhp AT THE WHEELS easy

body work is what you'd expect for 15 years old , few stone chips / small dents , but still looks tidy

its got mot till end of may , tax not sure feb?

abs sensor is u/s , and few rattles , slight oil leak from sump (have new gasket set but never got round to doing it , but not much else wrong with it
only selling cause i got a rev3 to play with ( ebay impulse buy )

can't really describe it too well in text format , if you are interested give me a call
07733304735

£3000 , or else i'm breaking it £2750 without chargecooler

looks pretty much as the first few piccies , except that the car will have the std rev2 wheels on it ( i love the sparco's, thats why i'm keeping them for myself)

has done a 13.4 1/4 mile on my first ever go . that was before i even fitted the chargecooler
and a 4.61 sec 0-60

i ccan reduce the price from £3000 to £2800 if i swap the shocks and roll bars off and put std rev3 BILSTEINS on (with the koni springs)

also can knock a further £50 for swapping 1/2 leather to MINT rev3 cloth

and a further £250 for removing chargecooler , and reverting back to intercooler

so could still be a cracking car for £2500

Probably the time of year mate. As i said, and as you may have seen in other posts, my aim is 300rwhp in my car. I'm planning on getting it all sorted out after i get married so timing is just a bit off for me at the moment. Just hope i can get as good a deal as you are offering when the time is right.

I wish you good luck for the sale!

If nobody wants it, you still have my offer for the engine etc.

Cheers,
Heiko

sorry guys , but on careful thinking i have decided to use most of the modified bits of this car on my rev3 . it just didn't make sense to sell all these good bits just to have to buy them again

Thanks for all the interest
Marc

The whole car will be broken up , when i get round to it

most things will be for sale . including TD05 turbo kit. lsdbox + shafts , chargecooler and rev3 ecu parts , with the exception of the block/head , and suspension/brakes / rollbars

cheers
