Whimmen?

Post by boosch »

Im looking to upgrade to a turbo, it feels like 160bhp is lost somewhere in the NA standard, and the cheapest biggest mod is replacing for a turbo...BUT, my girlfreinds actual comment was "turbos are gaye", shes not into the "sports car" scene, OK fair enough opinion granted, but when did driving a reliable fast creature comfort car become shuned from the chick magnet scene and placed prodominantly in the chick repellent zone of doom? Im sorry i dont give a left test what femme fatels think of what i drive, i drive it for the pleasure, but how could you convince her that? Do they all see them as weapons of mass destruction? what a world.

Take her out in a Rev 3 turbo in a straight line, that will change her mind!!

0-60 in 5.2 seconds, just outrun an m3
Don't think-feel; it is like a finger pointing to the moon, do not concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory........

I think your right, she admits to enjoying the sound of the cams with the roof off, and says it makes sense to have the engine in the back (dont know what she bases that on-physics knowledge = nill) but i agree in driving terms. A good blast might scare her though.J

in her words "its inpractical, bumpy, impossible to drive and it blows my hair everywhere when you have the roof off - get rid and buy a bmw instead" !

MY words to her "We have your 306 for practicality now p**s off"!
wasnt quite sure what else to say!

Too bumpy, too fast, stupid fast, silly fast, not safe. Looks nice though

What an idiot! the crazy beeatch used to drive a 106 Gti. mmm bumpy ride? fast car? more over steer than a drift car?

She is the dumbest smart chick i have ever met!!

Im not too sure with all this flippin oestrogen in the water;

men like manbags, and hair spray

women like men with manbags and hair spray - what happened to rambo?

a little support from the missus is always nice. i think mine is actually embarrased to get in-the : alarm bleeped at me when i didnt unlock fast enough (concept 650), and she actually looked nervous as to who might have seen.

we could start by hijeacking the water supply and pumping tonnes of testosterone through the supply to balance the raving poofters to rampaging rambos, only im concerned what will happen when my misses grows a beard. and wouldnt like to suggest where to get all the testosterone for 'project manly'!

If you don't want to downgrade your car, then upgrade your g/f to a sportier model

I got seriously lucky - my g/f has spent most of her life around cars (her dad's a race driver/racing engineer) and she's a total petrolhead. Still got a good balance with being a girlie tho.

*smug*

Errr are you for real?

Maybe because women don't like men who need to be on some kind of macho egomaniac trip.

Oh and its: "wimmin" btw. ;)

I believe the OED spelling is 'whinin'.

And my other half hates my Mk1 too. Says it's dangerous (coz she crashed it).

Hell yes!!!!

Whats with the guys these days they spend more money on hair than woman, all it looks like is they got a skunk on their head.

Whats with all this crap with feelings and xxxx! Real men dont have feelings. Stiff upper lip and all that. They were real men. Not like the pansies we got now!

Bring back the days where men were men and woman obeyed!
