First Service, Help Please??

Hi all, first MR2 and first service, got a G Ltd on 93 plate can you help me with the part no's for the plugs, filters?? read listings on oil types to use so will leave that alone!! Any thing else would recommend while on roll???

do the fuel filter
air filter
oil and oil filter 10w/30 or 5w/30
check the break pads for wear and the fluid
Check the clutch fluid.
check coolent
feel and check all the supension
Check all vacume piping and all turbo hoses (if its a turbo)
Gap and check plugs
check dizzy and rotor for wear ( if they look ok and you have not got problems, leave them)

5/40 or 10/40 would be better IMO.

Just bought some lovely Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 fully synthetic for an oil change on my Tubby. It's the fastest most exotic car I've ever owned so why skimp on it's lifeblood? \:D/

Think its 10/40 from what ive read an heard, many thanks for help and i will enjoy my first service!!!!
