They will be fine...as soon as you swap them for a turbo 'box and shafts.
I believe the N/A components are not in anyway compatible with the engine...doubtless someone will be on to confirm in a sec...

I would say they are not. I've held a rev1 n/a box, and a rev2 turbo box in my hands, and they are very different beasts.

The na box and shafts will fit, but wont last very long at all.
Get a turbo gearbox and drivshafts and hubs (or just the collars to go into the hubs will do, get them pressued into your na hubs)
contact gtschris on [email protected] he had a good gearbox last time i was there, im sure he would have shafts and hubs to do you a deal on.
The na box is tiny compared to the turbo box physically, but the do bolt up to the block the same.
Edit, all turbo revision boxes are interchangable with all revision engines, all the castings are the same, only difference is with lsd and non lsd in the turbo, and the obvious na box/driveshaft are totally different to turbo box/driveshaft.

You want a turbo gearbox and driveshafts and hubs.
The hubs themselves are actually the same, but the collar or spline whatever you like to call it, that fits into the hub bearing, then which the driveshaft connects to is bigger on the turbo shafts, what i have done in the past is used the hubs from the na (which are no stronger or weaker than the turbo, just exactly the same!) and pressed out the spline/collar and pressed in the turbo ones to accept the turbo driveshafts.
Good luck

You'll have to fit the NA flywheel if you're using the NA box and clutch. Different diameter clutches and the turbo input shaft is bigger diameter as well.
