Post by elite504 »

Can anyone give a full difinative answer for the correct refrigerant for a 1991 MK2 air con refill. Its an import car. I have a feeling its R22, but I am also hearing 134a. I think its too early for that. Any ideas on charge weight too??
All help appreciated :D

Simple, it's R134 'cos you can't legally use anything else. :D
Older systems will need filling valves changed and an oil added to the gas, not too expensive.
