it works out at about 33-35% total.

because you take the part, add shipping to get an amount x by 5% customs, add handing charges and other bits and bobs then that gives you a new amount then x the lot by 17.5%

stupid huh.

Oh also depending on delivery company you usually get a letter in the post about 2-3 weeks later asking for the money. Not everyone does a COD payment for customs.

I've done business with Nengun for the first time 2 weeks ago. Very spot on, nice people and quick in their response. Great service, and paypal support!

Prices are sometimes too good to be true indeed

Usually it takes about 2-3 weeks depending on processing and availability. A friend of mine orders quite regurlaly at Nengun. When sent, you get a tracking number. When stuff is in stock, you can assume 3-5 japanese business days for the goods to arrive.

I ordered my PowerFC from their website and it was at my door 11 days later. Great service.
